I once was at a Christmas Party and took about 50 photos on my Mobile Phone, which I then downloaded from my Mobile Phone to my Computer and started up Windows Movie Maker and created a Movie using just the Photos, no video footage at all and created a video fro photos!

You see Windows Movie Maker and Apple iMovie both provide the ability for you to have effects and transitions between your photos and make a Video look so professional. SO in this case, I made the Video in about 10 minutes and added a really cool song I had on my hard drive that I bought and downloaded from www.musicbakery.com and now have full legal rights to use the music again and again in many ways as I have purchased royalty-free music – basically meaning, I can use it commercially and completely legal with no copyright issues. Important to note this and not use commercially copyrighted material in your Website Videos.

And then I played the Video by burning it to DVD from my Computer and to the family and WOW, that video was played on loop for about 2 hours, even though the video went for just over 2 minutes! They loved it and the video became the number #1 favourite video of the family. It has even been played at several other family events afterwards. Can you imagine doing this for your family?

So, even if you only have Photos on your computer right now from a Digital Camera, then you can make a Movie and learn how to use Windows Movie Maker or iMovie.

A well organized website is one of the tools you will use that will make you money!

Plan your website’s page structure and layout so that it is easy for your customers to navigate. One of the main reasons why people don’t buy anything or take the actions on your website that you want them to is because they can’t find what to do with all the clutter. Minimise the clutter and define a clear path for your website visitors to take.

Design your website so that you can easily add pages to it. As your business grows, your website will expand. The tendency is to group all your information onto one page. Instead, consider spreading out your information on different pages by topic and linking your added page to the home page or one of the category sub-pages of your website. The pages you’ll want to continuously add are landing pages or pre-sell pages. If people can navigate your system easily, they will buy your products and services. Reduce information overload.

Develop a hierarchal system for your pages. This would be similar to developing an outline of your information. The top page would be the home page of your website and under it would be 5 – 10 sub-categories for your site. These categories are typically the main sections of your site. It will also be important to use keywords as part of the titles for your site. Keywords drive search engine traffic to your site. More traffic means more profitability.

Once you have a page layout you’re happy with, stick with it and be consistent. This will make navigating your site easy for customer. They won’t get lost and it will also make future visits to your site easier as well.

Keep your website current. Outdated information needs to be archived as anyone who is researching your site and your competitor’s sites will know if you’re on top of your game or not. Outdated information is not relevant and won’t generate a sale.

Your home page is one of the most critical pages of your website. People will see this page most often and will determine whether your site is what they are looking for. Most people spend seconds on your site. They scan the information on your site to see if it’s what they need and if it’s not, then they leave. After all, Google makes it real easy to find another million website options to review.

Use the three click rule. The three click rule is that your audience will need to find the information they are looking for within three clicks. If it takes longer than that, you can potentially lose your customer. On top of that, they will be less likely to visit your site later.

Make searching your site easy to do. Provide navigation links on each page to common areas of interest including the home page. You might also consider creating a site map for your website showing all the pages you offer. If your website is large enough, you might even consider incorporating a search feature on your website to make it easier for your audience.

Draw out on a Piece of A4 piece of paper (this is a draft so no need to be precise or specific the first time you draw this up), a list of pages inside boxes with arrows and lines connecting them.

If you have a definite path that you would like for your Visitors to take, then it is important that you Focus on your Website Layout and Navigation and flow accordingly.

Please make sure you have a Review of this Site Map that I call a Treasure Map that is an example of the Process a website business model will take to make it profitable.

This task is an important point for knowing what you would like to achieve from your website, BEFORE you start to put the Site Map together. It is important not to just put together or build a website just like every other website out there.

I make this point as a competitor may be selling an expensive item, with little success as they are not offering something of a very reasonable price or free bonus.  You need to develop a strategy to obtain all Email Addresses from visitors to your website of the person to be able, through a long term process, build rapport to lead to a purchase.

Some things at $1000 or over might just sell straight away at that price and if so, do not hold people back, but if you know and have an idea that it is not the hottest selling product on the block and selling like the latest No.1 hit on the radio, then it is a definite that at this point, you should see your website as a lead generation assistant.

The clearer you get about this, will ensure you do not
- REPEAT the Website from start to finish.
- REPEAT the entire Process and Flow from start to finish.

I say this from PERSONAL experience and also from watching many others, quickly fall into that category by mere not knowing what to see and what not to see when looking at a website and it generating a viable business for you.

Yes, it is easy for us to fall in love with our latest idea or product and think that there is 7 billion people on the planet and 1.5 billion of them able to purchase something on the Internet and if we only get 1% of world wide sales…. blah blah…. please save yourself and everyone around you the time and energy by being very very clear with your website.

We must get clear for what the website will do to be creating a website to do exactly that!
In other words, if we do not know where we are going and are merely following everyone else then there is a good chance that you will get the exact same results which is 95% of websites not producing a profit for their owners.

So if you want your website to be a business website, then choose at this point to look at how you can create an income from your website, whether long term, short term, and everything in between.

For instance never think it is all about the first sale! It is about the LIFETIME of the Client and how much they will spend over a period of their life with your Business. This is the strategy taken by many businesses by “buying business”. “Buying Business” meaning that they offer something for Free and then let the small (mostly in-house) costs be what makes the relationship with the person WARM and make them ready for a Sale.

The bonus of doing this, is that you can easily show someone else who is working on your project with you so that they can easily see exactly what your website is doing. I see these types of maps a lot and so at a glance now, see the “pattern” or “flow” that is they way that a website is making money or NOT!

Ok, so I have been a bit strong about getting clear, but I hope you see my point and can get clear for YOURSELF to be rewarded the most as much as possible. It is all about leveraging your website to do MORE while you do LESS. It is important to see the END RESULT in mind!

Once upon a time, using a Credit Card on the Internet was something that made people’s bones shiver in the thought of invisible hackers getting their card and running up a bill!

Well it has been a long time since then with a large population like United States of America using
Credit cards over the Internet with the safety of PayPal. This successful use of Credit Cards over the Internet that was safe and had a Buyer Guarantee, was something that the Internet marketplace
wanted and PayPal stepped in and provided this and refined it to become the world’s most used
online payment method allowing transfer of money between multiple currencies and accessible in many countries.

PayPal has for a long time been Ebay’s preferred payment method (Ebay and PayPal are the one same company at the Top!) and due to making it possible for a buyer to get easily refunded should there be an issue with their purchase gave a solid sense of security and won the USA population over and soon spread into almost every country on the Internet. PayPal for instance is a Registered Australian Bank and is set up like this in many countries it operates and accepts currencies in. internet to be automatically processed and they receive the funds or make payment.

Just think, the booking of all the flights each day using the Flight Booking Websites, right through to even paying for Insurance and many other common daily activities in commerce websites would be non-existent without accepting credit cards. Internet Banking has now become more common than not for Australian Businesses as a way of reducing the time it takes to perform the accounting of a business.

Not being able to accept Credit Cards now is almost becoming to the point of not having an Email Address for most website owners with more and more people learning how easy it is to actually accept credit card
payments and make business happen faster with less involvement from them.

Thankfully PayPal has made it easy for Businesses of All sizes to Setup and Accept Credit Cards without ANY COSTS AT ALL in setting up. If you went any other method such as setting up with your Bank and Merchant Account, this will be a minimum $250 plus cost and the a recurring monthly $40 plus fee just to operate the account, where PayPal has neither of these. PayPal only charges the standard merchant fee on any transactions you receive, making it a pay-as-you-use system rather than having setup fees and recurring monthly expenses. PayPal is by far the cheapest way to accept credit cards for any business whether
it needs to accept $10 a day or $1 million a day. PayPal will negotiate rates for high-end users just like the banks do. They are very flexibleand have many extra features that you may or may not use but are handy
to have.

In fact setting up a PayPal Account can be done faster than you drinking your Cup of Water, Tea or Coffee.
No wonder with no set up fees, no recurring billing fees and you can be set up with minutes that PayPal just recently won Australia’s Number 1 Voted Preferred Payment Method for the Internet by the Australian Public.

Let me explain, when you set up your PayPal Account, you will need to go to this website www.paypalsignup.com and when you do, you will be asked to fill in the Usual Details and then once your account is set up, you will need to Verify your Account in 2 ways.

1. By Email – click on a link in yor Inbox.
2. By Bank Account – verify 2 small deposits made by PayPal to your Bank Account.

By email is obvious, but the Bank Account one is the one I need to bring your attention to and ensure you understand that if you do not Verify your Bank Account, then you cannot withdraw more than $500 in a 30 day period. To lift this restriction and withdraw unlimited funds from your PayPal Account, verify your Bank Account straight away. The instructions will be on the screen each step, so be sure to read over the page and follow them. Basically, PayPal will make 2 small deposits to your Nominated Bank Account which only you have access to and then verifies to PayPal that you own that Bank Account. So when you see the

deposits appear, they will be 0.32 (32 cents) and .45 (45 cents) and then when you log into PayPal and enter these 2 amounts, your PayPal Account is now verified and ready to accept and withdraw unlimited credit card transactions that you need your website to process.

If you already have a PayPal Account, you will need to make sure it is not just what is classed as a Purchaser Account and not set up as a Business Account where you can accept Credit Card payments on your website. So Log In to your PayPal account and check that you have this and if not, then Upgrade. Contact PayPal when you are logged in, if you need any more help than what is offered when you log in.

· Review the commission structure of each product or service. The best case scenario is that you get paid the most for a one time sale. Sometimes these products will be once off sales and others monthly. Get paid at least monthly and more often if possible.This will ensure the longevity of your efforts.

· Promote multiple affiliate products. Look for complementing products and services. Can you include a book from an amazon.com site with your niche product or service? Create a list of Affiliate links for the Top 5 books for your niche and then also create a Worst 5. Then you have a page of 10 links that all will make money if the person purchases the items or not! Who knows, you might find people buy a book from your worst 5 list! More often than not, you will have people buy the Number 1 earning you maximum commissions!

Some Affiliate Programs offer banners, pre-typed emails that you can simply copy n paste and all sorts of helpful tools to get you started as quick as possible.

The good news is that ClickBank give you a report telling you how many people clicked through on your link to products you are promoting and even allow a tracking code that you can specify for advanced tracking. These reports show you clickthroughs and sales for easy results review. You can easily review these reports and re-tune your marketing strategy.  It is so essential to know what is working/selling and what is not! So you do not waste time and effort in the wrong direction.

ClickBank also offers an extensive range of Articles and Documents for training on using their system for performing affiliate marketing. This makes this website an absolute gold mine to get tons and tons of products to sell that you can make money off today. You do not even need a website, you could just send emails from your Gmail Account with links to these products, it really is that easy!

But you might not be interested in selling other people’s products, and that is OK, ClickBank is still a Gold Mine to you for Market Research reasons. You can see what other products are selling well, even buy them and read, view, listen to them for ideas and inspiration!

So if you are in the mindset that you still do not want to promote other people’s products’ then may I suggest you consider that could Double or Triple your Sales by using the Daisy Chain effect and linking on additional products to sell to people after they have purchased yours which may be complimentary. Complimentary meaning that the products work alongside of or enhance your product. This allows you to make more sales and with less effort in most cases!

Think about it, you make 1 sale, but what if on the “Thank You for Purchasing/Payment Page”, you placed a link to a product that is earning you commissions? What are the chances some people who have happily purchased your product, would not want to uptake the next offer made to them. (I know my wife is like that when she goes shopping – cannot resist a sale, goes to buy 1 thing but ends up with 10. Luckily she makes tonnes of cash on the Internet so she can afford it!!)

Do not consider that when people have finished shopping with you and that they want to stop! Do not consider that just becuase they spent $100 or $1000 with you that they will not do the same again if you put a link in front of them and recommend it for whatever reason. You can think of all sorts of reasons why people will not, but in truth, some people will and some people will not and you will be richer if you do, than if you do not!
